We recommend to refrigerate your oil after opening in order to keep the best flavour.
Are your products suitable for vegan/ vegetarians?
Yes, all our chilli oils are vegetarian and vegan-friendly, so no animal products are processed.
How long will my order take?
We aim to process your order within 2-3 working days.
UK Shipping Estimates:
24hr Tracked: 1-2 working days to arrive
48hr Tracked: 2-4 working days to arrive
These times can increase due to bank holidays or other busy post times (Easter, Christmas, etc) -we do not guarantee shipping times.
What delivery services do you use?
We use Royal Mail for all deliveries.
Are there nuts in your chilli oils?
Yes, our chilli oils may contain traces of nuts because of the chilli flakes we're using.
Are your chilli oils made in the UK?
Yes, all our products are artisan made in the UK.
What type of oil do you use?
We use high quality rapeseed oil.
Are your chilli oils gluten-free?
As we are a small, family-owned business, none of our chilli oils are certified gluten-free yet.
We aim to do the necessary testing in the near future in order to make sure our chilli oils are 100% gluten-free.
We do not recommend our chilli oils for people who suffer from coeliac disease!
